Our Valericalm® formula helps to soothe and relax you with valerian, chamomile, California poppy and complementary herbs in an all-natural calming, sedative formula to help ease you into a peaceful, restorative sleep.
Dosage: Take 2ml (60 drops), in a little water, on an empty stomach. When used as a sleep aid, the full 6ml daily dose may be taken in a little water on an empty stomach at bedtime. For long term use, contact your health practitioner.
